RETURN POLICIES:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days after receiving your order to notify me. I will do my best to rectify the issue and, if needed, refund your money (minus shipping costs). You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition as well as the return shipping costs.

If your item arrived damaged or defective you have 10 days to notify me so I may rectify it with the printing company and get your new item shipped out right away at no additional cost.

*Custom orders are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I typically process your orders the same day they are placed. If you would like to cancel your order I suggest emailing or calling right away to do so. If I have not already begun production on your product I will happily cancel your order. If print production has already begun I can’t cancel it.

TURNAROUND TIME:

I process orders once payment has been completed. It generally takes 1-5 business days for the products to be completed and shipped, depending on the item ordered. Art prints ship the quickest (1-3 business days). Canvas, acrylic glass and keepsake boxes take a little longer (3-5 business days). *Custom orders may take longer.

PRODUCTION PARTNERS:

I pride myself on my exceptional quality and customer service. Each of my products are outsourced to professional printing companies across the United States. I have tested multiple products and worked diligently to find the companies I feel excel in their fields. All of the photography and graphic designs are done by me in my office and then sent to the various production partners for completion. All of the products ship directly from the printer to the customer. These art products are truly special and I'm thrilled when my customers are happy!

General shipping for art prints and keepsake boxes are $7.50.

Canvas shipping prices:

6x6 to 23x29 ------ $14.95
24x30 to 29x39 ---- $24.95
30x40 to 40x60 --- $39.95

Acrylic Glass shipping prices:

4x6 to 8x10 --------- $9.95
8x30 to 12x12 ------ $13.95
12x18 to 24x24 ---- $17.00
24x30 to 30x40 ---- $22.95

EXPEDITED SHIPPING is available upon request at an additional cost of $15-20 depending on the order. Please contact me to set up your expedite shipping.
